Born and raised in Chicago, Chris discovered his love for film at a young age when his neighbor handed him a video camera. Experimenting with photography, creating short films, and studying films gave him a strong foundation as he studied Cinematography at Columbia College Chicago. Enjoying the balance of artistry and technology, Chris continues to collaborate with multiple directors, recently receiving the Specialty Jury Award at the Blow Up Art House Film Festival in Chicago. While narrative films have been the main focus in the past, he is always looking to widen his horizons and gain more experience on different projects.
